Insu ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at insu.au. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Email addresses you submit via our launch list or contact form.
• Standard web traffic data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. Collected via Google Analytics 4 and our internal scout-analytics dashboard.
• Cookie identifiers set by our analytics providers and (after launch) Google AdSense for ad personalisation.

How we use it

• To send you a single launch notification if you've signed up for the launch list.
• To respond to enquiries you send via the contact form.
• To understand which pages perform well and improve content quality.
• To serve advertising via Google AdSense (post-launch).

Affiliate links

After launch, Insu will publish links to insurance providers via affiliate networks (Awin, Commission Factory). When you click through and buy a policy, we may earn a commission. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page that contains an affiliate link. Our editorial rankings are calculated independently of affiliate status.

Your rights
